Cancels Reservation When You Navigate to a Different App: When I went to my Delta app to get my flight number to enter into the reservation, it dropped the rental details and I had to start my reservation again - SO annoying! Also, app doesn't allow you to save debit cards for a payment method so I am probably going to have to go to the rental counter EVERY TIME I rent. I am trying to find a new rental car company to replace Hertz and this has not been a good initial experience. Pretty crappy.

App is good for making reservations but was unable to extend reservation when needed to. App stated I could not extend the rental and that I needed to call the number listed on the screen. When I used the convenient "one click" method to call the number provided it dialed a number that is no longer in service. App needs to be update with a new phone number. Had to go to website and find the correct number to call. Spent 22 minutes on the phone with customer service to extend rental 1 day.

I've been trying to create an emerald club account on and off for two years, both on their site and in the app. Every time, it says my credit card isn't supported. I've tried multiple cards with multiple carriers. Additionally, I've never been able to get the lookup feature to work, with name and confirmation number.
